2/3 cup peanut butter or tahini
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend on low until smooth, about 3-5 minutes. Delicious as a dip for carrots, celery, cucumbers, or as a dressing on salad!
