Recipe: Sweet Potato Chips


  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • olive oil
  • sea salt (optional)
  • herbs or spices (optional)--ideas are pepper, garlic, parsley, cinnamon, basil, cumin, chili powder, cilantro, etc. Be creative! 
Preheat oven to 400° F. Slice sweet potatoes into 1/8 inch thick rounds. Spread evenly on a rimmed baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and/or other herbs or spices. Bake at 375° for 20-30 minutes (depending on desired crispness). Makes 4 servings.
